No need to worry about this piano being able to hold a tune as the tuning pins are tight as can be as well as up to factory spec. This soundboard is completely flawless. No cracks or pressure ridges were present. There aren't any "swirl marks" usually associated with a piano that has been "buffed out" to simulate a new finish. The exterior finish is also 100% completely original with no nicks or chips or flaws typical with a used piano.
This piano will last its new owner another 30 years without any trouble. In playing this piano our technician found the bass to resonate as any new U1. Mid section and treble is clear with lots of sustain. This piano is truly a great value and perfect for a studio or professional musician.
